OrderFresh (“App”) is provided by House of PY Technologies (HOPT) (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

• Account & Contact: name, email, phone, address.
• Order & Payment: items, amounts, timestamps, method. Card/payment details are processed by our payment partners; we do not store full card numbers.
• Location (optional): for delivery/address accuracy and nearby stores (if you grant permission).
• Device & Usage: device model, OS, app version, IP, crash/analytics events.
• Communications: support messages, ratings/reviews, notification tokens.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and improve ordering, delivery, customer support.
• Process payments and prevent fraud.
• Send transactional updates (order status, receipts) and, with consent where required, promotional messages.
• Analytics to improve performance and reliability.

3. Sharing & Disclosures

• Service providers: delivery partners, payment gateways, SMS/email providers, cloud hosting.
• Legal & safety: when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or integrity of our services.
• We do not sell personal data.

4. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services that process data on our behalf:

• Firebase (Analytics/Crashlytics/FCM): usage analytics, crash reports, push notifications.
• Google Maps Platform: maps, geocoding, address validation.
• Payment Gateway (e.g., Razorpay/Pinelabs/PayU): to process payments securely.

5. Data Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law (e.g., tax and accounting obligations). You may request deletion subject to legal/legitimate interests.

6. Your Rights & Choices

• Access, update, or delete your account information.
• Withdraw consent for location or marketing at any time (device/app settings).
• Opt-out of marketing communications using in-message links or by contacting us.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Children

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or local equivalent). We do not knowingly collect children’s data.

9. International Transfers

Your data may be processed on servers located outside your state/country. We take steps to ensure appropriate protections where required.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective date” will reflect the latest version.
